HELP US

Australian Sikh Support

Australian Sikh Support is an Australian based philanthropic, not-for-profit organisation serving the nation since 2013. Our aim is to help the community in need and relieve distress by helping the people affected by disastrous situations like bushfires, droughts and now COVID-19 by fulfilling their basic needs. We provide food; household items; medicine supplies; grocery kits; help farmers with de-fencing and re-fencing and in clearing up the debris after the damage and help by fundraising as a part of recovery process in order to restore the affected community and environment so that they can get back to normal life without any further stress.

Our beliefs are based on Three Pillars of Sikhism and we believe whole world is one community.  Our mission is to help the people in need and be there for the community.

COVID-19

Coronavirus COVID-19 has been tough on everyone. Our members at Australian Sikh Support realised the need for being out there for fellow humans to ease their pain, anxiety and help them through the pandemic by supplying groceries and other necessities at their doorstep.

Australian Bush Fires

As the bushfires raged their way into parts of New South Wales and with the government declaring a state of emergency, at Australian Sikh Support we realised the urgency of standing with Australia. Our members actively drove nearly 700km and responsibly worked round the clock to help feed people in need, supply them with daily essentials and partnered with organisations to provide healthy and nutritious meals. The members of Australian Sikh Support also extended their support to work with authorities as needed.
